New Homes Sales Consultant, West London

£26 - 28 basic, 45k OTE

6 months FTC

The new homes market in London is busier than ever, and so is the need for fresh and innovative talent to help sell new homes and apartments. Many clients are looking for new faces to join their team and marketing suite on a contractual basis, selling brand new homes and delivering exceptional customer service throughout.

An rare opportunity to work for the UK's leading independent estate agent has arisen in West London, selling beautiful 1-3 beds to first time buyers and investors. If you know the area well, or are interested in acclerating your career working for a highly reputable agency, we especially want to hear from you. 

What would I be doing?

- Manning and maintaining the marketing suite to a highly presentable standard throughout the day.

- Registering new home buyers over the phone and organising viewings, answering any queries or concerns. 

- Conducting viewings via the show home, giving a consultative and helpful guidance regarding the property specifications. 

- Demonstrating knowledge of the new-build house or apartment, using floor plans, 3D models and CGI to talk clients through what their future home could look like.

Who would I be selling to?

- First time buyers, often via affordable schemes like Help To Buy or Shared Ownership.

- International investors, over the phone.

- Second home buyers - looking to invest or downsize.

When would I be working?

A role in New Homes offers good work-life balance, with most marketing suites open between 10 - 6pm.

You'll work 5 days per week with two days off, and you will be required to work weekends. 

You could also opt to temp on an ad-hoc basis, meaning you are available to call for urgent cover if someone is sick or on annual leave. 

How would I be paid?

We pay all temping candidates on a weekly basis, every Friday. You can expect to make the hourly equivalent of up to 28k base salary, with 45k on target earnings.
