deverellsmith are seeking a New Homes Sales Negotiator to be based on a Luxury New Homes Scheme in Berkshire. This is a customer facing role so a well-presented sociable person would do well!
The role:
- You will be selling a beautiful development of 3 bed houses in the desirable area of Berkshire.
- You will be selling both off-plan and turnkey properties to buyers, guiding them through the entire sales process.
- This role is part of a team of consultants who you can work with and learn from!

- On target earnings of £40-50k (basic salary up to £27k)
