You will be based on an upcoming site in Rochester and be flexible travelling to other sites within a reachable distance.
They are a leading luxury developer known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and creating exceptional living spaces. As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role by guiding potential homebuyers through the sales process, providing them with exceptional customer service, and helping them find their dream home. Your ability to build rapport, showcase the features and benefits of our homes, and close deals will be essential to your success in this role.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in real estate sales, new homes sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales software.
What We Offer:
- A basic salary of up to £36,000 + £54k OTE.
- 25 Days annual leave.
