I am seeking an experienced and driven New Homes Sales Consultant to join a dynamic team in Oxfordshire. As part of a 5 star house builder, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to prospective homebuyers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales process from initial enquiry through to contract exchange and completion
- Conduct viewings and provide comprehensive information about our new homes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the property market and competitor offerings
Requirements:
- Proven experience in new homes sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as required
