Are you a New Homes Sales consultant looking for some variety in their day to day?
Our customer service dedicated client works to the highest of standards, and they are seeking a highly knowledgeable and courteous New Homes Sales Consultant to work on a temporary basis with potential to go permanent.
Ideally, you will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in New Homes sales and unrivalled market knowledge. In addition, a driven and independent character is desirable, as you will be required to work alone on occasion. We are looking for a courteous individual who can guide their clients through the unforgettable process of buying their first/new home.
This opportunity will be a perfect fit for someone who is self-sufficient and ambitious, with the ability to work diligently whilst building a strong rapport with clients.
Requirements:
- 1 years experience with New Homes Sales
- Unrivalled property knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Open to working weekends
Main Responsibilities:
- To maintain sales targets on the project in accordance with the business forecast and budget
- Demonstrate the highest level of harmonious professionalism with all stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Manage sales office and ensure show/view homes and all facilities are presented to the highest standards
- To liaise with the project and customer service departments as required
