Permanent New Homes Sales Consultant

The client is a premier residential property developer renowned for creating exceptional homes and sustainable communities across the UK. They stand out against the rest due to their superior quality, customer focused and future ready smart technology.

This role focuses on building relationships with potential buyers, guiding them through the sales process, from initial contact to closing while delivering exceptional customer service.

What you'll do:

  • You will be the face of the marketing suite, meeting and greeting customers and offering an outstanding experience to potential buyers.
  • Building lasting relationships with prospective buyers to nurture leads and close sales.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's homes, construction time lines, and processes.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • New homes sales or estate agency experience is desired but not essential. Other candidates have previously come from luxury retail and hospitality positions.
  • Great communication skills and well presented.
  • Passion for the industry and building your career.
  • Willingness to work weekends.

  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to a maximum of 33 days with length of service.

This position is a full-time role situated in Farnborough, Surrey. You will also be required to work a minimum of 2 weekends PCM.
