Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential buyers, guiding them through the entire sales process.
- Provide expert advice on our range of homes and development details.
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in new homes sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A customer-focused approach with a passion for property.
- Previous experience in off-plan sales.
The Details:
- £30k basic, £50k OTE.
- Uncapped commission structure.
- Beautiful location with a supportive team.
- Weekend working required.
