Do you love property, a busy sales environment, and dealing with warm leads?
Do you have New Homes Sales experience, find yourself immediately available do not want to work the weekends?
We are looking for Front of House / Sales Support, for an exceptionally busy project based in Barking. You will join a high performing sales team, who are in the midst of their busiest time with completions and handovers.
Your role will be to act as front of house, answering the telephones, showing people around the marketing suite when required - and potentially get involved with handovers and home demonstrations. You must have some understanding of the New Build Sales process, as you may find yourself chucked in the deep end.
Our client works to the highest of standards and they are seeking a highly adaptable, customer facing Sales Consultant, who isn't afraid to pick up the phone.
Please note, that there may also be an opportunity for this to extend as our client has exceptional growth plans and may be looking to expand the team further.
What will you bring?
Job Requirements:
- ASAP start, living locally to Barking
- 1+ years New Homes sales experience is critical. Or a background in sales and customer service in property sales
- Customer focused with exceptional people skills
- Responsible for handling incoming customer queries by email and telephone
- Excellent communication skills, conducting viewings face to face through to negotiating offers
