We are looking to speak with a New Homes Sales Consultant with a proven background in off plan sales, passion, and flair, who can start work ASAP for a long-term contract assignment with one of our most well-reputed clients in Berkshire.
Our client works to the highest of standards and they are seeking a highly driven, ambitious Sales Consultant, who lives local to Binfield, who can launch and sell out this 30 unit scheme in a timely manner.
You will lone work on site, but have regular support from a Regional Sales Manager, and your main responsibility will be to manage all the day-to-day matters that may arise in the marketing suite and SELL.
Please note, that there may also be an opportunity for this to extend as our client has exceptional growth plans and may be looking to expand the team further.
What will you bring?
Job Requirements:
- Beggining of June start date (ASAP interview)
- 2+ years New Homes sales experience is critical
- Well presented with exceptional people skills
- Responsible for handling incoming customer queries by email and telephone
- Excellent communication skills, conducting viewings face to face through to negotiating offers
