Benefits:
- £25 - 28k basic (paid as an hourly rate, equivalent to £15.83 per hour before tax).

Working as New Homes Sales Consultant could be for you if:
- you are a natural 'people person'; approachable, communicative and well-presented.
- you are interested in property, be it from previous experience in agency or knowledge of buying a new home.
- you a role that offers progression into a long-term career selling new build and luxury homes.
- you have additional responsibilities and/or goals that would benefit from an additional stream of income.
What does it entail?
Shifts are typically 10 - 6pm, based in a marketing suite, 5 days per week with 2 days off.
You will need to be confident talking to any new registrants over the phone and taking bookings.
You may even conduct viewings via the show home, and assist in selling homes via a floor-plan and/or models.
