The Client:
One of the UK's biggest FTSE 100 Residential Developers are hiring! They are passionate about building sustainable new homes and communities.
The Role:
They have a requirement for a New Homes Sales Consultant to join one of their successful developments in Hertfordshire. They have lots of land coming up in Hertfordshire over the next few years so if you're looking for longevity in your next move, this company can offer you that!
The Person:
The ideal candidate will be energetic, outgoing, productive and have new homes experience, although I am also keen to speak to candidates who have no new homes experience but come from the property/sales/customer service industry.
You must be confident, good at networking and have exceptional customer service skills with a drive to achieve sales targets.
The Benefits:
Working hours 10am - 5:30pm including weekend work.
Maximum £29K basic salary with £45k OTE plus many more benefits
