- Weekly pay £30k pro rata (£14-16ph plus holiday pay)
- ASAP start, 6-8 weeks and likely to be extended.
- Working in the marketing suite of a highly reputable house builder.
- Conducting viewings, meeting and greeting buyers, establishing relationships and making people feel at ease in a professional setting.
You will need:
- Exemplary people skills.
- To be impeccably presented - airline, luxury hospitality or high-end retail experience is well-suited!
- Good initiative when working in client facing scenarios
- Basic knowledge of new build properties, how they are sold and the kind of service that is expected.
