Are you looking to get into the world of new build property sales?
We are acting on behalf of a renowned selling agent, who are instructed on selling a luxurious boutique development based in Slinfold, Horsham.

As they have so much growth in the pipeline for instructions around Sussex, we are looking for a Sales Consultant to join the team!
The successful candidate will have:
- Some degree of property experience - (lettings, estate agency)
- Exceptional customer service skills (background in luxury retail, airlines, high end hospitality is much favoured)
- Capable of lone-working on occasion
- Open to weekend working
- UK Drivers licence
Responsibilities:
- Conduct accompanied viewings with applicants, speak with regularly and continue building ongoing relationships.
- Ensure compliance and administration is proficiently updated.
- Responsible for handling incoming customer queries by email and telephone
- Excellent communication skills, conducting viewings face to face and virtually through to negotiating offers
- Assume responsibility for resolving customer's issues efficiently
- Progress sales from reservation through to exchange of contracts and legal completion
- Build and maintain notable rapport with clients and customers
Essential Requirements:
- UK driver's license
- Open to weekend work
Summary:
Location: Horsham
Working Days: Friday - Sunday (flexible on 4/5 days a week) - 1 Saturday off a month
Working hours: 10am-4pm
Position type: Temp to perm position (initially ongoing temporary contract with view to go permanent)
Salary: £20k-£22.5k basic + Commission. OTE (£32K - £36K)
