Do you have New Homes experience in the Kent area? Want to launch a brand-new site for a professional yet fun loving small developer in Kent?
The Client:
Bespoke traditional house builder in Kent specialising in village locations. Professional yet fun loving with a fantastic culture and beautiful head office in rural location.
The Role:
They have a requirement for a New Homes Sales Consultant to launch a new development in Kent with two more developments to sell from their brand-new marketing suite.
The Person:
The ideal candidate will be energetic, outgoing, productive and ideally have new homes experience, although candidates who have no new homes experience but come from the property/sales/customer service industry would also be welcome to apply. Experience of Coins beneficial.
You must be confident, good at networking and have exceptional customer service skills with a drive to achieve sales targets.
The Benefits:
Circa £28k basic salary with £43k OTE + annual bonus & extras
100% paid on exchange.
1 Saturday off in 4. Wednesday and Thursday days off.
