Job Title: New Homes Sales Consultant (Luxury Properties)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in new homes sales, with a proven track record of selling luxury properties. As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for showcasing and selling high-end new homes to prospective buyers, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Showcase and sell luxury new homes to prospective buyers, providing detailed information about the features, specifications, and benefits of the properties.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, including property investors, high-net-worth individuals, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct property tours and host open house events to showcase the properties.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective buyers, provide information on pricing, availability, and financing options, and follow up on leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, including guiding buyers through the purchase process, addressing any questions or concerns, and ensuring a smooth closing.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and changes in the real estate industry to effectively position and sell the luxury properties.
- Collaborate with other internal teams, such as marketing, finance, and legal, to ensure smooth sales transactions and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company, including meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer interactions, sales activities, and sales reports, using company CRM systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in new homes sales, preferably in the luxury real estate market.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- In-depth knowledge of the London real estate market, including understanding of luxury property trends, pricing, and financing options.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Professional demeanour, with a customer focused approach and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Salary Range: £30,000 to £35,000 per year (depending on experience), plus commission and bonuses based on sales performance.
