Are you an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant with Shared Ownership experience? Our client are looking for a Sales Consultant to join their site in West London on a temporary basis ASAP.
This is a part time role, working on an ongoing basis. You will have support from the Sales Director but will be working lone on site so must be confident, customer service driven and experienced in New Homes and Shared Ownership.
On-site Sales Consultant, Shared Ownership Main responsibilities:
- Be the point of contact for all clients
- Liaise with appropriate individuals when needed
- Demonstrate product knowledge during sales process
- Handle customer queries both by email and telephone.
- Able to complete the administrative duties that come with the sales process
- Communicate and build relationships with cliental.
- Manage and check all documents required to ensure consumer code compliance.
- Deal with sales progression, chasing legal procedures.
On site Sales Consultant, Shared Ownership Hours and salary:
- Thursday to Saturday
- Immediate Start is essential
