Do you want to get into the New Homes Sales industry, but lack the experience? Do you love a busy sales environment, Real Estate, and variety in your day-to-day?
We are looking to speak with temporary Junior New Homes Sales Consultants with passion and flair, who can start work in July for 3 months cover with one of our most well-reputed clients.
Our client works to the highest of standards and they are seeking a highly driven, ambitious Sales Consultant, who lives local to Stevenage and wants to get into the industry. This will be a 3-month temporary contract covering full-time, where you will be heavily involved in viewings & working closely with senior management.
Your main responsibility will be to manage all day-to-day matters that may arise in the marketing suite keeping it in tiptop condition.
Please note, that there may also be an opportunity for the contract to extend to permanent due to future developments in the area.

- JULY start date... ASAP START
- Experience is Sales, Customer Service and working in a front-facing role.
- Well presented with exceptional people skills
- Responsible for handling incoming customer queries by email and telephone
- Excellent communication skills, conducting viewings face to face
- Assume responsibility for resolving customer issues efficiently and reporting manager
- Build and maintain strong and positive relationships with new home-owners
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
