Are you an experienced New Homes Sales negotiator, looking to work for a 5 star house builder?
Deverellsmith are recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's leading developers who have build a mix of stunning 3-5 bedroom houses, in the idyllic location of Peacehaven, East Sussex.
We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual, with a strong 'can do' attitude.
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 2 year's New Homes experience
- Experience using COINS system - admin savvy
- Capable of lone-working
- Open to weekend working
- Proficient IT skills
- UK Drivers licence
This is a full time, temp to perm position. Permanency for the right candidate is highly likely- our clients have an abundance of exciting new developments in the pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct accompanied viewings with applicants, speak with regularly and continue building ongoing relationships.
- Ensure compliance and administration is proficiently updated.
- Responsible for handling incoming customer queries by email and telephone
- Excellent communication skills, conducting viewings face to face and virtually through to negotiating offers
- Assume responsibility for resolving customer's issues efficiently
- Progress sales from reservation through to exchange of contracts and legal completion
- Build and maintain notable rapport with clients and customers.
