An opportunity has arisen with one of our exceptional, bespoke clients who are looking for an experienced sales consultant to join them on their award-winning development. This fast selling site has a strong team currently and they are looking for someone to join them on a temp to perm basis.
Our client expects someone who is outgoing, friendly, sales driven and available immediately. Ideally, someone who strives to exceed sales targets and is prepared to work diligently in a team. You will be a confident individual who is willing to take lead when necessary and not be afraid to think outside the box.
You are expected to be flexible and able to adapt to different circumstances easily. You should be able to speak to different individuals well and have fantastic telephone manner as you will have to speak over the phone. You must be a fantastic team player as you will be joining an on-site team with 2 others, but you should also have impeccable skills to work independently.
Main responsibilities:
- To maintain and excel targets
- Always demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and with everyone you come into contact with and provide exceptional customer service
- Deal with progression, chasing legal procedures.
- Manage and check all documents required to ensure consumer code compliance
- To liaise with the project and customer service departments as required
- Build strong networks
