We are seeking a dynamic and experienced New Homes Sales Consultant with knowledge of the Hounslow and Richmond areas. The ideal candidate will be a strong seller with a proven track record in new homes sales and a deep understanding of the local property market.
Responsibilities:
- Sell new homes to prospective buyers in the Hounslow and Richmond areas.
- Provide clients with detailed knowledge and insights about the local area.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with potential buyers, guiding them through the entire sales process.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
Compensation:
- Basic salary up to £34,000.
- Competitive commission structure (OTE £55,000 - £60,000).
Working Hours:
- Required to work every weekend.
- Tuesdays and Wednesdays off.
