deverellsmith work with multiple house-builders in London and the South East and one of our most valued clients temp to start ASAP in Hounslow. This will be an ongoing temp role where you may be expected to work in Ealing, and Acton.
Our client works to the highest of standards and they are seeking a highly proactive, IT savvy, ambitious Sales Consultant, who lives in West London. Good area knowledge is a must! This will be an ongoing, flexbile working assignment on a busy development where you will lone work.

Your main responsibility will be to manage all day-to-day matters that may arise in the marketing suite and sell!
Job Requirements:
- ASAP Start date...
- New Homes sales experience is essential as you will be lone working + Shared Ownership experience
- Well presented with exceptional people skills
- Responsible for handling incoming customer queries by email and telephone
- Excellent communication skills, conducting viewings face-to-face and virtually
- Build and maintain strong and positive relationships with new home-owners
- Dealing with admin / sales progression
- Liaising with various agents and international buyers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
