I am looking for an individual to join one of our client's New Homes team in Wood Green, North London. The candidate must have previous New Homes experience OR must have strong experience in Estate Agency
You will join a fantastic and well respectable company in assisting the sales team with incoming inquiries and sales. Working on a fantastic site in North London, if your looking to hit the ground running, i want to hear from you! This is a temp to perm position with an ASAP start date available.
What's in it for you?
- Base salary of £28,000 to 30,000
- Temp to perm
- Thursday to Sunday

Your main responsibilities will be:
- Welcoming potential buyers and providing them with information about the properties available.
- Conducting viewings of show homes and other properties with potential buyers
- Responding to queries from potential buyers about the properties and the buying process
- Negotiating prices and closing sales with potential buyers
- Providing advice and guidance to potential buyers on financing options and the home buying process
- Assisting with the preparation of marketing materials and advertising campaigns.
