Do you love property, a busy sales environment, and dealing with warm leads?
We are looking to speak with experienced New Homes Sales Consultants who are confident with telephone-based sales calls, qualifying leads, booking potential clients to meet, and showing people New Homes properties. Our client is looking for two consultants on a 3-month rolling temp contract to start ASAP (SUNDAYS OFF).
Our client works to the highest of standards and they are seeking a highly driven, ambitious Sales Consultant, who isn't afraid to pick up the phone and who lives locally to Ealing.
You will work amongst a close-knit team, and your main responsibility will be to manage the database and keep up to date with warm leads that come through the portal. You will spend 70% of your time in the Head Office, and the remaining 30% on-site showing people around beautiful, affordable new homes.
Please note, that there may also be an opportunity for this to extend as our client has exceptional growth plans and may be looking to expand the team further.
What will you bring?
Job Requirements:
- ASAP start, living locally to West Ealing
- 1+ years New Homes sales experience is critical. Or a background in sales and customer service
- Customer focused with exceptional people skills
- Responsible for handling incoming customer queries by email and telephone
- Excellent communication skills, conducting viewings face to face through to negotiating offers
