You will have the opportunity to work independently and to demonstrate the future of the entire site by selling off-plan and creating a story for potential buyers.
What will you be doing?
- Off-plan property sales
- Advising investors on return of investment
- Hosting new home launches
- Working in fast paced environment with the opportunity to reach high sale numbers
- Working on a flagship scheme
- Providing 5 star customer service
What is my client looking for?
- Someone who ideally has knowledge of the Notting Hill area.
- Experience of working with investors.
- Comes from another developer who is comfortable selling off-plan.
- A self-starter. They want someone who can treat this like their own business.
- Proven track record working within New Homes
- Excellent communication skills
- Well presented
- Someone who is willing to work weekends but limited to a 5 day week
