New Homes Sales Executive based in the leafy West London area

Do you have experience in new homes sales? Looking for that next career step? Then this is the perfect opportunity for you!

We are currently looking for an experienced sales consultant to join a new sales team, based on site in West London. You'll be selling beautifully designed, high specification apartments that feature a range of fantastic amenities for residents.

About You?

  • As the ideal candidate you'll have an excellent knowledge of the West London area.
  • You will have experience in property sales (new homes sales experience is a bonus!)
  • You will have some experience of shared ownership.
  • You'll take initiative and be confident in bringing on new business.
  • You will be incredibly personable and be able to guide first-time buyers through the process.
  • You'll know how to progress sales and confidently use CRM systems to resource data.

The Details:

  • Up to £33k basic with an OTE of up to £50k.
  • You'll be working on a rotary basis- 10am-6pm.
  • 1 full weekend off per month.
  • Pension scheme.
