Our client has a strong commitment to quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a dynamic and passionate New Homes Sales Consultant to join their team and play a pivotal role in transforming neighbourhoods.

Position Overview: As a New Homes Sales Consultant for their regeneration project, you will be at the forefront of promoting and selling newly developed homes to prospective buyers. You will have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional sales and interpersonal skills, guiding potential homeowners through the purchasing process and helping them find their dream home in our vibrant community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for prospective buyers, providing them with detailed information about the development and available properties.
  • Conduct property tours and assist clients in visualising the potential of our homes within the regeneration project.
  • Understand and explain the features, benefits, and advantages of our properties, emphasising sustainability, modern amenities, and community benefits.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the local market and competitors.
  • Handle negotiations, contracts, and paperwork in an organised and professional manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing buyer inquiries, concerns, and needs promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in new home sales.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and an understanding of regeneration projects.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.

Details:

  • £30k basic, £50k OTE
  • 5 Days a week on a rota
  • 1 weekend off a month to begin
  • 9am-5pm
