Are you an experienced New Homes Sales Manager with strong sales progression and people management experience?
The Role:
* Liaising with clients from wide range of backgrounds
* Developing new strategic partnerships to help develop the business
* Coach on site sales negotiators
* Managing on site consultants and agents
* Writing up reports
Key Requirements:
* New homes sales experience at management level with minimum 3 years in at this level
* Knowledge of the new homes property market
* Experienced in achieving and exceeding sales targets
