Our client is looking for an experienced New Homes Site Sales Manager to autonomously manage 5 live sites, mainly which are Kent based. You will manage a team of 6 sales consultants and launch two new sites in 2023. This is a fantastic opportunity for those wanting to gain invaluable experience and lay the foundations for career development.
The Role:
- Run four existing sites (three in Kent, one in Essex), launch two new sites in the new year.
- Assist Head of Sales with events.
- Manage existing sales consultants.
- Develop your leadership skills by coordinating your own sites.
- Report daily to the head of sales.
The Details:
- Monday-Friday position
- £60K basic - no commission.
- Based primarily on sites in Kent and Essex, 1 day WFH, head office based in Hertfordshire once a week.
