deverellsmith are working with a leading Central London developer to find a Project Sales Manager for their Central London regeneration scheme.
This is a high profile regeneration scheme with 2 upcoming launches within the next 12 months.

The Role;
- You will be responsible for running the marketing suite, managing the team and heavily influencing the sales & marketing strategy for the existing phases and upcoming launches
- They are looking for a real energiser who can think outside the box with implementing new sales strategies
About you;
- You will have 3+ years experience running a Central London marketing suite
- You will have experience implementing Sales & Marketing strategy and be able to demonstrate where you have created change
- You will be driven to earn money and create a long term career with the business
Details;
- Primarily Monday to Friday with occasional weekends
- £38-42k basic with commission on top
- OTE £75 - £85k
