Job description

A rare and attractive opportunity has become available in the Northern Home Counties for an experienced Sales Manager or a highly organised and driven Senior Sales Consultant ready for the next step up in their New Homes career.  

Our client is actively recruiting for a highly crucial and critical interim role within their sales and marketing function to cover maternity leave and to start in January 2022. Your main responsibility is to manage all day-to-day matters that may arise within the sphere of a New Homes sales operation.  

You will be solely responsible for the set-up of new site launches (3 launching in 2022), hands-on management of sales staff as well as ensuring that all current sales are exchanged and completed in a timely, efficient manner. 

You be based in Hertfordshire and will be expected to travel to sites across the Northern Home Counties and in North London. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a close-knit, family run business to cover maternity leave (9 months). Please note, there may also be an opportunity for you to go permanent as not only will there be 3 new fresh developments launching in 2022 but our client has exceptional growth plans and may be looking to expand the team.  

  

 Key responsibilities: 

  • Management of sales processes/procedures 
  • Management of onsite sales operations/presentation 
  • Management of sales teams 
  • Management of sales progression and reporting 
  • Day to day Agent/Consultant/Solicitor/Contractor/Customer Care liaison 
  • Competitor analysis/research 
  • Provide administrative support to Sales & Marketing Director
