Our client is looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to be based on their North London regeneration development. You will be selling new build properties off-plan to a wide-ranging demographic of buyers. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to develop a career in new homes.
The Details?
- £25k-£30k basic + £28k commission + bonus
- 9:30am-6:30pm
- 5 days a week, on a rotary basis
- 1 full weekend off per month
- Private health care
- 25 days annual holiday
The Role?
- Following up leads of potential buyers.
- You'll be based on site in the marketing suite.
- Support buyers throughout the entire sales process, offering a seamless customer journey.
- Assist with marketing and take part in promotional advertisements.
- You'll be working two other experienced sales consultants.

- As the ideal candidate you will have some experience in sales or a customer facing environment.
- You will be motivated and passionate.
- You'll have expereince selling luxury products.
- You'll be committed to developing your skillset.
- You won't be afraid to bring your personality to the role.
