Our client is seeking a dedicated individual who strives to exceed targets and is prepared to work diligently. They will expect you to hit the ground running as you will be joining a very robust and high performing sales team, who deliver phenomenal schemes and have significant growth plans. You must be a confident individual who can take charge when necessary and not be afraid to think outside the box.
If you’re an experienced New Homes Sales Executive that’s customer orientated, excellent at building relationships and sales driven, this may just be the role for you!
- 2+ years New Homes sales experience critical
- Show knowledgeable demonstration of the development, plus the lifestyle, benefits and amenities that come with it
- Ensure customers are fully qualified before inviting to view
- Well presented with exceptional people skills
- Excellent communication skills, conducting viewings face to face and virtually through to negotiating offers
- Progress sales from reservation through to exchange of contracts and legal completion
- Liaising with various agents and international buyers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
What they are offering:
- £28-30k basic – OTE £60k
- Weekends on a rota
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays

- 5 days per week (10-6)
