deverellsmith have taken on an exciting new position to take the lead on a brand new scheme of gorgeous houses launching in Watford. The development is a mix of well designed homes surrounded by green open spaces and great local pubs.
The Client:
- This client is a privately owned, leading house builder who are regenerating areas of London to create desirable places to live.
- They have a large land
- They are a growing business, opening up lots of opportunity for career growth with their growing pipeline of developments
The Role:
- You will be running the Sales & Marketing suite, ensuring all leads are followed up
- You will guide buyers through the sales process, making their experience of buying a new home an enjoyable one
- Thursday to Monday role with Tuesdays & Wednesdays Off
- £28-35k basic + commission

About you:
- You will have minimum 3 years experience working in a Sales & Marketing Suite
