- New Homes Sales Progressor to be based in Central London.
- Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm)
- You will be responsible for liaising with and updating clients on the progress of their sale and ensuring that all parties in the chain are aware of required timescales through constant communication with solicitors, mortgage advisors, as well as your own and other estate agencies.
- This role would suit someone who is keen to progress as there is future opportunity for this position to move on to head up a team of sales progressors.
- Previous experience in residential property sales progression
- Excellent customer service
- Strong organisational skills
- £45k basic + car allowance + bonus (overall package around £55k)
