Job Title: Senior Sales Negotiator - New Homes
Location: Swiss Cottage, London
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience, with OTE of £75,000 - £85,000
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling a variety of new homes across multiple schemes, not just based on one site.
Responsibilities:
- Working from our head office in Swiss Cottage, London
- Arranging and conducting viewings of new homes
- Assisting international teams with deals
- Earning commission on all UK and international deals
- Remunerated 5x the amount for direct deals (no agent)
- Working Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm
- Occasional Saturday viewings required, with flexibility
Requirements:
- Strong new homes experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive and hard-working attitude
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Full UK driving license
