New Homes Senior Sales Negotiator - Swiss Cottage Hampstead

Job Title: Senior Sales Negotiator - New Homes

Location: Swiss Cottage, London

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience, with OTE of £75,000 - £85,000

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling a variety of new homes across multiple schemes, not just based on one site.

Responsibilities:

• Working from our head office in Swiss Cottage, London
• Arranging and conducting viewings of new homes
• Assisting international teams with deals
• Earning commission on all UK and international deals
• Remunerated 5x the amount for direct deals (no agent)
• Working Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm
• Occasional Saturday viewings required, with flexibility

Requirements:

• Strong new homes experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A proactive and hard-working attitude
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Full UK driving license
