New Homes Shared Ownership Sales Consultant 

Job Description: 

Are you looking to work for a leading specialist in the field selling affordable homes? Based in a sought after North London location, you will be selling Shared Ownership stock on a brand-new scheme for an award-winning agency on a beautiful development. You will thrive working in a fast-paced environment on an exciting development that has had large amounts of interest pre-launch both domestically and internationally. Demonstrating product knowledge and consistently meeting targets, you will deliver five star levels of customer service, sharing the company’s passion and ethos. 

Our client pride themselves on excelling within the market, and you will be expected to hit the ground running, therefore a minimum of 3 years’ experience in New Homes is critical and you will have had sold Shared Ownership schemes. Exceptional customer service is imperative for you to succeed in this role to continuously improve the client’s experience of new home ownership. Excellent communication skills are key as you will be liaising with a variety of individuals, illustrating robust negotiation and persuasion techniques.

Job Requirements: 

· New Homes Shared Ownership sales experience preferred but not essential 

· Exceptional interpersonal skills 

· Attention to detail critical 

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

· Responsible for handling incoming customer queries by email and telephone 

· Tenaciously self-motivated 

· Build and maintain strong and positive relationships with new home-owners 

· Deal with sales progression and chasing legal procedures 

· Liaising with various agents and international buyers 

· Progress sales from reservation through to exchange of contracts and legal completion completing all administrative duties and ensuring consumer code compliance 

· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite 

· Flexibility to work weekends 

 

What they are offering: 

Up to £32,5000 basic with an OTE £45,000
