Role: Office Administrator (14-Month Fixed Term Contract)

Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented professional looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic office environment? Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Office Administrator to join their team on a 14-month fixed term contract, covering maternity leave. This role is crucial to maintaining the smooth operation of their office and ensuring effective communication across all levels of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organised and productive work environment.
  • Multitask with finesse, handling various administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate clear and effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
  • Track and manage employee holiday requests, maintaining accurate records and ensuring proper coverage at all times.
  • Oversee the filing of health and safety paperwork, adhering to regulatory standards and maintaining a safe workplace.
  • Coordinate the booking of training sessions, ensuring employees have access to professional development opportunities.
  • Take ownership of progressing and issuing landlord certificates, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Collate and analyse customer care scores, providing valuable insights to improve our services and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated excellence in organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or Personal Assistant (PA) role is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction both internally and externally.
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance is a plus.
