Role Overview
They are recruiting for a passionate and detail-oriented Accounts/Office Assistant to join the growing team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, efficient accounting and office management services.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for invoice and accounts queries.
- Assist with accounts receivable and payable.
- Handle service charge billing and recharges for leaseholders.
- Manage invoice processes to meet monthly targets.
- On board new clients, suppliers, staff, and consultants.
- Support the Head of Operations by collating information for monthly Board Meetings.
- Review expenses and prepare spreadsheets.
- Answer phone calls and greet clients.
- Perform general office duties and assist with marketing and events.
- Provide support to team members as needed.
Essential Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding service in a high-pressure setting.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in admin role, dealing with invoices and PO's
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an office environment..
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in IT (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Details:
- Salary of £25,000 - £30,000, based on experience.
- Daily commuting travel expenses (negotiable) from home to office.
- Overtime paid if required.
- Mobile phone allowance.
- Opportunity to work from home approximately one day per week.
