Job description

Job Opportunity: Office Coordinator (Property Sector)
Location: Theydon Bois, Essex
Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday - Friday / 9am - 6pm

My client is an independent Estate Agency with four bustling offices across Essex and East London. Founded in 2012, they pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service in the Sales, Lettings, and Property Management sectors. They're now looking for a proactive, organised, and tech-savvy Office Coordinator to join their dynamic Theydon Bois team.

The Role

As the Office Coordinator, you'll be the face of the Theydon Bois office, providing vital support to the sales and lettings teams. You will be the first point of contact for clients, both in person and over the phone, making a great first impression and keeping the office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front-of-house duties: welcoming clients and handling phone enquiries
  • Sales & Lettings admin: supporting the team with paperwork and deal progression
  • Diary management, TOB, AML, R2R compliance
  • Keeping the office presentable and maintaining up-to-date window displays
  • Being the right-hand person to the Office Manager
  • Tech-savvy, managing CRM systems with ease

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone confident, outgoing, and approachable with strong administrative skills. While property experience is a bonus, it's not a necessity-we will provide full training. However, experience in lettings admin or tenancy agreements would be advantageous.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary based on experience
  • A supportive, team-oriented environment
  • Opportunity for growth within a respected independent agency
  • Full training provided in sales, lettings, and office management

Why Join Us?
My client fosters a collaborative culture focused on teamwork and customer service excellence. You'll be joining a hard-working, professional team in one of our busiest offices.

If you are enthusiastic, organised, and ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you!
