Job description

Are you an experienced Office Manager looking for a new challenge?

About Comapny
My client is a forward-thinking property developer focused on delivering exceptional service and quality to their clients and residents. As they continue to grow, they are looking for an experienced and dependable Office Manager to support their team and streamline daily operations.

Role Overview

The Office Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of their office, acting as the central point of coordination between teams, and providing essential support to finance, sales, and other business functions. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is confident managing diverse responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Office Management

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, meeting room bookings, and relationships with external suppliers.
  • Organise team events, social gatherings, and staff celebrations such as birthdays and milestones.
  • Coordinate schedules, approvals, and timely completion of key documents and reports.
  • Support HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and tracking employee leave.
  • Oversee expense tracking and provide general administrative support to the leadership team.

Team and Business Support

  • Act as the central point of communication across teams, ensuring smooth coordination of tasks and priorities.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team, such as managing documentation and liaising with external contacts.
  • Assist with sales and customer care-related tasks, ensuring efficiency and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Take ownership of ad-hoc projects and problem-solving as needed.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a dynamic, organised, and proactive individual who can:

  • Be the "glue" that keeps the office and teams working efficiently together.
  • Communicate professionally and clearly with all stakeholders.
  • Effectively prioritise and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Be comfortable working independently and taking initiative when required.

Experience and Skills Required

  • Proven experience in office management, administration, or as a PA.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Previous experience in the property sector is a plus but not essential.

Why Join?

  • Be part of a collaborative and supportive team.
  • Opportunity to contribute to a growing organisation with a clear mission and vision.
  • Hybrid working environment based in central London.

If you have the relevant skills and personal attributes required for this role and are currently looking for the opportunity to expand your skills and experience in the property industry, then please do not hesitate to contact me.
