Job Title: Office Manager
Location: London
Salary: £30,000 per annum
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Office Manager to join a luxury house builder in London. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in office management, strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and be able to work both autonomously and collaboratively with the team.
Responsibilities:
- Liaison with office landlord, cleaners, invoices, insurance, petty cash, meeting room booking, and office rota management
- Managing the new starter and leaver process
- Software supplier management
- IT matters - e.g. new laptop set-ups, printer and phone maintenance
- Training calendar- manage and book in
- Lettings admin support- reception service to office, key management, phone support, booking cleaning, inventories, new file set up, change of occupier notifications, putting new properties onto PM Software
- Property Management and Compliance team support- opening post, loading invoices, taking meeting minutes, managing landlord's contents protection, managing lost units, payments, contractor accreditation
Requirements:
- Communication and customer service skills
- Practical computer knowledge
- Previous office management experience
- Residential lettings experience of benefit
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Be organised, able to prioritise, manage time efficiently and work to deadlines
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaborate with the team
- Shows initiative
- Enthusiastic, positive nature
