Job Title: Office Manager

Location: Wandsworth, London

Salary: Competitive

A dynamic and successful estate agency based in Wandsworth are currently seeking an experienced and versatile Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, liaising with clients, and providing administrative support to the Directors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Devise and maintain internal office systems, including data management and filing
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries, and requests
  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
  • Meticulous diary management, making appointments, reminders and ensuring everyone is where they are meant to be
  • Corresponding on behalf of the Directors via email and post
  • Carry out research on specific office projects, organising and implementing once approved
  • Producing documents, sales documents/reports, and presentations
  • Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the Directors are well prepared for them
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal staff
  • Dealing with HR matters such as sickness, maternity leave, and maintaining staff information in line with GDPR
  • Approving letters and property particulars/brochures
  • Setting up new employees, computer, training, and relevant information
  • Highly computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram, and TikTok
  • Familiarity with the property CRM software, Alto

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the property industry
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
  • Knowledge of property CRM software, Alto, is desirable
  • A proactive and can-do attitude
