About the role
We need someone to grow into the role of Operations Assistant. You will need to work in an organised manner and proactively to provide administrative assistance to the business. You will be required to resolve customer queries for our key service via customer liaison and eventually become more comfortable working with our bespoke software suite. Training will be provided
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Assist head of operations with administrative tasks
- Assisting with scheduling and support of client installs
- Manage client facing support tickets system
- Provide support with system configuration / distribution
- Occasional client support on the phone / online
Experience & Skills:
Essential:
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Keen interest in IT systems
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software applications
- Ability to work as part of a team
Desirable:
- Previous project management experience
