Position Overview: As the Planning Director, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic planning and execution of projects. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in planning, with a strong portfolio of successful development projects.
- Comprehensive understanding of UK planning laws, regulations, and policies.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating teams.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance creativity with practicality.
