We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Project Manager to join their dynamic team and contribute to their continued success.
Position: Junior Project Manager
Location: London - Parsons Green
Responsibilities:
- Assist senior project managers in planning, organising, and executing high-end residential projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, designers, contractors, and vendors, to ensure project objectives are met.
- Coordinate project activities, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Assist in conducting site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Support the project team in resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Assist in the procurement process by reviewing bids, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to contribute innovative ideas to improve project management processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of high-end residential construction processes, materials, and finishes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of project management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a project management role, preferably in high-end residential construction or consultancy.
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards specific to high-end residential projects.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
