deverellsmith are working with a leading Central London developer to find a Project Sales Manager for their flagship, Central London scheme that launches at the end of the Summer.
This flagship scheme is one of a kind with both it's famous location and specification, this is going to be a legacy scheme for this developer.

This is a privately owned, design led developer who focus on building high specification homes in Central London locations. They have a talented team of property professionals who would guide you and help you take your career to the next level.
The Role;
- You will be responsible for running the marketing suite, managing the team and heavily influencing the sales & marketing strategy for this exciting new launch
- Monday to Friday role
About you;
- You will have 3+ years experience running a Central London marketing suite
- You will have experience implementing Sales & Marketing strategy and be able to demonstrate where you have created change
- You will be driven to earn money and create a long term career with the business
