Job Opportunity: Experienced Property Manager
About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to manage all aspects of Property & Asset Management on behalf of one of our major infrastructure clients. This is a hybrid role and their office is based in Birmingham.

Main Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day Management: Oversee a mixed property portfolio, ensuring smooth operations.
- Leasing and Letting: Manage the leasing and letting of properties.
- Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals: Conduct and manage rent reviews and lease renewals.
- Asset Acquisition: Handle the acquisition and onboarding of new assets into the portfolio.
- Property Disposal: Identify and assist with the disposal of surplus property.
- Rent Collection: Collect rents and other dues, including chasing arrears.
- Facilities Management Liaison: Ensure all compliance checks are complete.
- Property Maintenance: Organise and manage improvements, repairs, and maintenance.
- Property Inspections: Undertake annual and periodic property inspections.
- Asset Management: Identify and implement asset management opportunities.
- Development Opportunities: Identify strategic development opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage relations with key stakeholders.
- Client Reporting: Provide accurate and timely client reports.
- Legislation Knowledge: Maintain a strong working knowledge of appropriate legislation.
- Site Visits: Conduct site visits for various inspections and contractor meetings.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Previous experience in residential property management is essential.
- Skills: Strong client, tenant, stakeholder, and contractor management skills. Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Attributes: Highly organised with good time management skills.
