Job Title: General Administrator (Temp to Perm)
Location: Stanmore
Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 per annum (depending on experience)
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organised General Administrator to join a dynamic team on a temporary basis, with the potential to become a permanent role for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the property sector and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the property management team, including managing diaries, filing, and data entry
- Respond to client enquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring a prompt and professional response
- Assist with the preparation of tenancy agreements and other legal documentation
- Conduct property viewings and provide excellent customer service to prospective tenants and landlords
- Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within the property sector
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a professional and friendly
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
