Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Property Investment Analyst. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in real estate investment analysis and will be responsible for analysing and valuing potential investment opportunities in the UK property market.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting financial analysis on potential property investments
- Preparing investment proposals and presentations for senior management
- Identifying and assessing potential investment opportunities in the UK property market
- Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities in the property market
- Assisting in the negotiation and acquisition of investment properties
- Conducting due diligence on potential investment opportunities
- Collaborating with external stakeholders, including brokers, agents, and investors
- Monitoring and reporting on the performance of existing investment properties
- Preparing financial reports and analysis for investors
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in real estate investment analysis
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
- Strong financial modeling and analysis skills
- Experience with property valuation methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
