Are you a highly organised, intelligent and well rounded office administrator with a passion for property?

I have an rare opportunity to work as a Property Management Administrator for a leading, luxury Estate Agency in the heart of London's most innovative and exciting districts of Battersea and Nine Elms. Their team are specialists in their field and only handle properties in this exclusive area of London.

Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tenant Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for tenant enquiries, responding promptly and professionally via phone, email, or in-person, and ensuring all concerns are addressed with the highest level of customer service.

  • Maintenance Coordination: Assist in coordinating property maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and landlords to ensure timely resolution of reported issues, and maintaining accurate records of maintenance history.

  • Tenancy Documentation: Prepare and process tenancy agreements, renewals, and terminations, ensuring all legal documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with relevant regulations.

  • Rent and Arrears Management: Monitor rental payments, process invoices, and handle arrears in accordance with company policies and procedures.

  • Property Inspections: Support property inspections, documenting the condition of properties and identifying any maintenance or repair needs.

  • Database Management: Maintain and update the property management software and databases with accurate and current information related to properties, tenants, and maintenance activities.

  • Compliance and Regulations: Stay informed about current property management laws and regulations, ensuring all managed properties are in compliance with relevant standards.

  • Landlord Communication: Assist in communicating with landlords regarding property updates, rental income, and any tenant-related matters.

  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports for the property management team, summarising key performance metrics, property status, and financial updates.

  • General Administrative Support: Provide overall administrative support to the property management team, including managing appointments, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.

What you'll need:

Obtained:

  • 1yr + experience in office administration
  • Experience working for an Estate Agent is desirable
  • Passion for property and real estate
  • Excellent IT skills: knowledge of Microsoft & CRM systems
